Woodland Acres is a neighbourhood on the north west side of PoCo, which borders Coquitlam. It is a desirable subarea of detached homes that are able to enjoy the perks of both Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam. A number of homes are on the greenbelt, and residents are able to enjoy direct access to Westward Park and the PoCo walking/hiking trail along the Coquitlam River.
Just west of Woodland Acres are a number of businesses and grocery stores, such as Pomme Grocer, Superstore, BC Liquor store, Subway, Ihop, Michaels Arts and Crafts, TD Bank, and Chapters. Within approximately a 5 minute drive is also Coquitlam Centre Shopping Mall, the Tri-Cities largest shopping center.

Woodland Acres is a great area for transit, as it borders Coquitlam it has a number of busses running through from Port Coquitlam in to Coquitlam’s skytrain station hub. There are busses that run down Lougheed highway and Westwood street directly in to Coquitlam’s skytrain only 5 minutes away. Depending on where you live in Woodland Acres, the nearest skytrain stations would be Lincoln Station or Coquitlam station. This area has a good walk score.
