Roche Point is a small residential neighbourhood that lies between Dollarton Highway and Mount Seymour Parkway. The majority of the land is occupied by beautiful trees, creating a peaceful and natural feel to Roche Point. Roche Point Park and Seymour Golf and Country Club are located right in the heart of the neighbourhood.
Neighbourhood amenities
Roche Point does not lack in green space–Roche Point Park is located near the centre of the neighbourhood; it is a large forested park with walking trails and multi-sport recreational fields. It is home to many different soccer teams and is a popular spot for organized league games. In addition, the area is home to First Nations reserve which is unique to a neighbourhood like Roche Point.
Seymour Golf and Country Club is a private golf course that features fairways that overlook the forested areas. It is one of the oldest golf courses in North Vancouver and one of the most beautiful.

Transit
The closest major thoroughfares are the Dollarton Highway and Mount Seymour Parkway; however, the two roads are not connected. Those living on the north side will find that Mount Seymour Pkwy is more easily accessible, while those living on the south side will find that Dollarton Highway more accessible. There are bus routes that run throughout the neighbourhood as well.
Roche Point Real Estate
Roche Point has a wide variety of real estate available. Townhouses and condos dominate the market but there are relatively a healthy number of houses for sale available in the area.
