Delbrook is a small residential neighbourhood located on the west side of North Vancouver. The neighbourhood is just north of Highway 1 and runs along Delbrook Ave.
Neighbourhood Amenities
Delbrook is surrounded by forested areas and creeks on the west and east side. Mosquito Creek Park is this neighbourhood’s most notable attraction. This park features a beautiful creek with a forested area and is dog friendly!
Delbrook Community Centre is located in the heart of the neighbourhood and provides gym services, a fitness centre, fitness classes and tennis courts just to the surrounding community.

Transit
Delbrook can be reached through a direct exit off of Highway 1, which makes accessing this neighbourhood and other parts of the Lower Mainland quick and easy. There are bus routes that run to and from Lonsdale Quay that can be found throughout the neighbourhood.
Delbrook Real Estate
The majority of the properties available in this neighbourhood are detached houses. Since 2010, there have only been three townhomes for sale in Delbrook.
