Elliott Street is a New Condo development that was just released in Downtown New Westminster.  I visited the presentation centre last week and found that there some good opportunities for investment, and there are also some nice floor plans for end users as well. I believe that the finishings in this building are the highest I’ve seen for any building in New West to date (incl. European Stainless Steel Appliances). Here’s some more info…
