South Cambie is a residential, educational and park filled neighbourhood that runs along Cambie St from W 49th to W 59th Ave and lies in between Oak and Ontario St. house to Langara College, Langara Golf Course and George Pearson Centre, is one of the most diverse neighbourhood as it attracts students, families and seniors.
Neighbourhood amenities
Langara Golf Course features an 18 hole, par 71 course; publicly operated, the course is inviting for golfers of all ages and levels. There is walking trail on the perimeter of the course where locals or visitors enjoy the course without playing. In addition, the Golf Course also features tennis courts. Cambie park is located off the western border of the golf course and features an open field great for playing pickup games of football, ultimate frisbee or soccer. On the corner of Heather St and W 57th Ave you can find a running track.
Langara College is a great attraction to have because it is an educational centre of South Cambie and creates a great environment to raise children or even as a resident who attends the school.
Oakridge Mall is located a couple of blocks north of Langara College and offers a myriad of high-end stores that cater to people from all walks of life. The area surrounding the mall is also a commercial centre that houses restaurants, grocery stores, cafes and neighbourhood shops.

The Canada Line also runs along Cambie St and offers transit users quick and easy access to downtown, Richmond and the airport.
