Mackenzie Heights is a residential neighbourhood that is bounded by King Edward St, Quesnel Dr, W 29th Ave, Larch St, Puget Dr, W 37th Ave and Blenheim St. MacKenzie Heights is a highly sought after neighbourhood because of its close proximity to Downtown Vancouver, schools and parks. This prestigious neighbourhood boasts beautiful tree-lined streets and some of the most elegant (and expensive) homes in Vancouver.

Mackenzie Heights is primarily a residential neighborhood, with a small commercial sector that houses neighbourhood shops along MacKenzie St between W 28th and W 33th St such as Windsor Meats and Bigsby Bakery. For more shopping, residents are close to Kerrisdale’s shopping district, W 4th and Royal Oak Shopping Centre.

Balaclava Park is centrally located in Mackenzie Heights and offers residents in the area open green spaces, sports field and a running track.
