Fraserview is located on the south slope facing the Fraser River and Richmond. The neighbourhood stretches all the way from the Fraser River to East 54th Ave and is bounded by Knight St to the west and Kerr St to the east. Fraserview is part of the culturally rich neighbourhood along Victoria Dr. Most of the commercial development is along Victoria where you can find a wide variety of ethnic shops and professional services.
Neighbourhood Amenities
Fraserview is home to Fraserview Golf Course, an 18 hole course with beautiful views of the Fraser River. Its clubhouse is open to the public and offers a relaxing stop after a long day of golfing. The golf course also offers a two-tiered driving range, practice putting green and private lessons from certified instructors. Right across from the golf course is Everett Crowley Park, Vancouver’s 5th largest park, which offers numerous forested nature trails and is home to annual Earth day celebrations and well as an off-leash dog park. There are 8 parks located in Fraserview with a number of walking trails along the Fraser River.
Residents have access to the Fraserview Branch of the Vancouver Public Library along Argyle St. In addition, residents can find Jasper Crescent Daycare Centre and Fraserview Montessori Preschool centrally located in the neighbourhood.

Transit
The Knight St bridge is a main north-south thoroughfare for many residents heading in and out of Vancouver and Richmond. SE Marine Dr, 49th Ave, 41st Ave and Kingsway serve as major east-west arterial routes for commuters coming in and out of Vancouver. Transit users can catch the 20 that rides up and down Victoria Dr towards Downtown Vancouver and Commercial/Broadway Skytrain Station.
