Fraser is an ethnically diverse and culturally rich neighbourhood located south of East 16th Avenue and north of East 49th. It is bound on the east and west by Ross St and Prince Edward St, respectively. This neighbourhood is a reflection of the multi-cultural vibrancy that Vancouver has to offer. Fraser is filled with tree lined streets and parks, so green space is never hard to find. Memorial South Park is Fraser’s most notable park. Fraser is mostly made up of “Vancouver Special” homes with long narrow lots.
