Tempe is a small neighbourhood sandwiched in between Lynn Valley, Princess Park, Upper Lonsdale and Boulevard. It is primarily residential and runs along Tempe Glen Dr.
Neighbourhood amenities
The neighbourhood is quite small compared to many of the other areas in North Vancouver; however, it does boast a central location. Tempe is only a few minutes away from the Lonsdale strip where there are many great restaurants, cafes, shops, professional services, and more. This neighbourhood is also just a short distance from Lynn Valley Centre.
Although the neighbourhood is not large, it has a great location and is central to the great amenities that North Vancouver has to offer. Near the bottom left corner of the neighbourhood is a small park with a tennis court and playground. This green space also features a walking trail through some forested areas for some much-needed nature in the neighbourhood. Grouse Mountain and Mount Seymour are both equal distances away, offering residents an abundance of options for outdoor recreational activities.

Transit
This neighbourhood is right off of Highway 1 and can be accessed via Lynn Valley Rd. The buses run on the main streets that surround the perimeter of the neighbourhood for easy access to Lynn Valley or the Lonsdale Quay.
