For those that aren’t local, Queensbury is not a well-known neighbourhood; however, in recent years, the upward trend in the Vancouver real estate market has brought light to this well-valued neighbourhood.
Neighbourhood amenities
The Queensbury area is made up of commercial and residential areas with the majority of spaces being used along the water. The residential area is located in between Keith Rd, Moody Ave, Hendry Ave and 4th St E. There is a small commercial area right on the corner of 7th St and Queensbury Ave which features a butcher shop, grocery store, restaurants and cafes.
Queensbury is close to a number of smaller parks, including Harbourview Park, Bridgman Park and Keith Lynn Park. All these parks feature great forested spaces with access to the Lynn Creek and views of the Downtown Vancouver Harbour.

Transit
Keith Rd and Main St are the closest major thoroughfares and connect with Highway 1 giving many drivers quick and easy to big routes that will take them to various parts of the Lower Mainland including Vancouver. There are buses that run through the area connect users to Lonsdale Quay where they can catch the SeaBus to Downtown Vancouver.
