Princess Park is a beautiful residential neighbourhood that is built around a large forested park giving many residents easy access to outdoor space. This area is located near the base of Mount Froome, right underneath Braemar and in between Upper Lonsdale and Lynn Valley. This is a great neighbourhood for families because it is centrally located and close to many schools and parks.

Princess Park is a favourite among residents and locals for its dog-friendly rules. It is an off-leash park with trails that run through the forested area giving man’s best friend plenty of space to play in. This park also features tennis courts, picnic areas with a creek running through.
Braemar Reservoir Park is located just north of Princess Park and features an extensive network of hiking trails that run up Mount Froome and connect to other North Shore Mountains. Mount Froome is known for great hiking and mountain biking trails that are maintained by local mountain biking enthusiasts.
