Pemberton Heights is a small residential neighbourhood located just south of Highway 1 between Capilano River and Mackay Creek. It is a beautiful area filled with homes surrounded by forested parks. Green space is never lacking and its close proximity to Downtown Vancouver, Lonsdale and West Vancouver make Pemberton Heights a highly sought out neighbourhood.

Pemberton Heights is tucked away from the busy streets of Marine Dr and Capilano Rd behind beautiful lush trees that line the streets. This creates a quiet and hidden neighbourhood in North Vancouver that is still centrally located. Mackay Creek Green Belt, Barbour Park and Capilano River surround the neighbourhood. Residents are close to walking trails along the river or creek, and have access to quiet forested land and nature. Sowden Park, a multi-recreational sports park with two baseball diamonds, is located in the top right corner of the neighbourhood.
Shops, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and more can be found on Marine Drive which is just minutes away and walking distance for many.

Marine Drive is a major east-west thoroughfare that which major roads around North Vancouver connect to. Drivers have quick and easy access to major routes and highways from this neighbourhood. Buses easily connect users to the Lonsdale Quay.
