Norgate is a small residential and commercial neighbourhood located right next to the Lions Gate Bridge. It is centrally located to West Vancouver, Lonsdale and Downtown Vancouver. Its location makes it it unique and it is a great place for first time homebuyers as it is one of North Vancouver’s more affordable neighbourhoods.

Commercial districts surround the residential areas of the neighbourhood. These commercial districts are home to many small to medium sized businesses, restaurants, professional services, cafes, bakeries, and much more. Residents can find everything they need within a few minutes of their homes.
Lower Mackay Creek Park can be found in the bottom right corner of Norgate and features walking trails that go along the creek side banks that are also very dog friendly.
