Lynn Valley is a large residential neighbourhood, right off of Highway 1 that runs along Lynn Valley Rd and extends into the base of Mount Froome. It is conveniently located adjacent to many different amenities such as outdoor activities, transportation routes and urban city centres. Lynn Valley is hghly sought after by families and an excellent place to lay down roots.
Neighbourhood Amenities
Lynn Valley is known for its range of outdoor recreation. The community and around the lower mainland for its extensive network of trails that go through several mountains along the north shore such as Baden Powell Trail, Lynn Headwaters and the Seymour Demonstration Forest. Lynn Valley is also home to great sights and supernatural features such as the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge, Twin Falls and the 30 Ft Pool. Mountain biking is also a major attraction in Lynn Canyon, which boasts some of the best biking trails in the world. Mount Froome is also home to excellent biking trails that can be accessed through old logging roads that lead to the back of Grouse Mountain. These trails are maintained by locals who volunteer their time to upkeep the trails.
Lynn Valley has a brand new pedestrian only village called Lynn Valley Village. It is located right beside Lynn Valley Centre and is part of the urban centre of the neighbourhood. This is a great addition to the neighbourhood as it provides people living in this area with a central hub where they can get everything they need or want right at their doorsteps.
