Cates Park is a seaside urban park space that is popular with locals and visitors alike. It still holds a strong first nations environment, as it is located right next to a first nations reserve. It boasts picnic areas, a playground, boating, a dock, swimming, and fishing just.
Dollarton Village is a small commercial district and the urban centre of the neighbourhood. Here residents can find restaurants, a liquor store, coffee, and other essential amenities.
Seymour Golf and Country Club is a beautiful 18-hole golf course that features tall trees, beautiful views of the ocean and is only 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver. It is open to the public on Mondays and is a place known for its well-kept fairways.

Transit
