Neighbourhood Amenities
Cates Park is a seaside urban park space that is popular with locals and visitors alike. It still holds a strong first nations environment, as it is located right next to a first nations reserve. It boasts picnic areas, a playground, boating, a dock, swimming, and fishing just.
Dollarton Village is a small commercial district and the urban centre of the neighbourhood. Here residents can find restaurants, a liquor store, coffee, and other essential amenities.
Seymour Golf and Country Club is a beautiful 18-hole golf course that features tall trees, beautiful views of the ocean and is only 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver. It is open to the public on Mondays and is a place known for its well-kept fairways.

Transit
There are two ways to get in and out of Dollarton: the Dollarton Highway and Mount Seymour Parkway. This gives drivers and commuters in this neighbourhood multiple options of access to Highway 1. In addition, there are bus routes that run throughout the neighbourhood.
