Boulevard is located in the heart of North Vancouver; it runs along Grand Boulevard East from Keith Road all the way north to Highway 1. Drayton Street and Moody Avenue bind the neighbourhood on the east and west respectively. Boulevard is a unique neighbourhood, with a large park that extends throughout.
Neighbourhood amenities
This neighbourhood features a park that runs north-south along between Grand Boulevard East and West. This park features a walking trail that spans along the entire length of the park. To the east is Keith Lynn Park and Loutet Park, which feature great places to spend the day playing sports or walking through the forest. Loutet Park boasts some of the biggest sports fields that North Vancouver has to offer. Loutet Park is home to an urban farm called Loutet Park Farm which is an urban agricultural pilot project to promote sustainability. This farm features vegetables, fruit trees and even a bee farm.
