Connaught Heights is a mostly residential area located in the west end of New Westminster. It is bordered by 10th Avenue in the north and Stewardson Way in the south and lies between 20th Street and Marine Drive.
The neighbourhood offers a charming mix of well-kept single-family homes from the 1970s and 80s as well as newly built modern homes. The area has numerous family-friendly parks and two elementary schools. Two high schools are only a short distance away. Major roads surrounding Connaught Heights include Marine Way, Marine Dr, Stewardson Way and the Patullo Bridge which offer access to Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, Burnaby and Coquitlam.
