Harbour Place is one three residential neighbourhoods that is situated between St John Street and Como Lake Avenue, overlooking Port Moody and the Burrard Inlet.

Harbour Place is close to Rocky Point Park, a family-friendly recreational destination on the eastern end of Burrard Inlet. The park features a boat launch, outdoor pool, spray park,  bandshell, walking trails through a protected marshland and a picturesque pier. The Boathouse restaurant is located at the edge of the park and Rocky Point Ice Cream is a favourite gathering spot in the summer.
Nearby, Brewers Row features four craft brewers all within walking distance of each other.
Along Harbour Place’s upper edge, Como Lake and Mundy parks offer a variety of walking trails and other outdoor pursuits like fishing, baseball and swimming. The Poirier Sport and Leisure Centre, on Poirier Street, is also nearby. The 190,000 square foot Centre features hockey and curling rinks, fitness gymnasiums and a pool, as well as the Coquitlam Sports Hall of Fame.
St. John’s Street is a busy commercial strip of shops, restaurants and medical and financial services. A short drive to the east, the Coquitlam Town Centre area is a major retail hub.

Bus service runs along Como Lake Road at the top of Harbour Place, and down St. Johns Street at the bottom. The new Moody Centre and Inlet SkyTrain stations are also nearby, allowing commuters to catch the elevated rail service into Vancouver or east to Lafarge Lake-Douglas.

Harbour Place real estate

Harbour Place is comprised mostly of detached houses. Many are large and sit on quite big lots. Some enjoy beautiful views of Burke Mountain, the North Shore Mountains and Burrard Inlet.
