The area around Burnaby Hospital is an up-and-coming neighbourhood centrally located to significant healthcare, technology and education employers. It’s also close to shopping, schools and parks. It is located south of Highway 1 to Moscrop, between Willingdon and Boundary roads.
Neighbourhood Amenities
The focal point of the neighbourhood is, of course, Burnaby Hospital, one of the largest hospitals outside of Vancouver. But in recent years major high-tech employers like EA Sports, Kodak and Schneider Electric have moved into the area, taking advantage of talent graduating from the nearby British Columbia Institute of Technology.

There’s a small commercial strip of independent shops and services near the hospital, but the neighbourhood is close to Burnaby’s Metrotown and Brentwood shopping malls.
