Transit
Oakdale is walking distance to the Lougheed SkyTrain station. Downtown Vancouver is a 20-minute train ride away, and the new Evergreen line will make travelling to and from Coquitlam and Port Moody equally quick and convenient.
Oakdale real estate
Oakdale’s small size means the supply of single family homes for sale is usually pretty limited. The development of some new townhouses has increased the variety of real estate available in the neighbourhood.
