Oakdale is a small residential neighbourhood near the booming Lougheed Town Centre area at the foot of Burnaby Mountain. It is tucked between Stoney Creek, North Road and Lyndhurst.

Neighbourhood amenities

Oakdale is a quiet, established neighbourhood of single-family homes and a few newer townhouses. It’s close to the array of shops and services along North Road, at Lougheed Town Centre, and the new Evergreen SkyTrain line.
Stoney Creek is a fish-bearing creek that runs along Oakdale’s western edge. Forested walking trails flank it.
