Oakridge is a residential and commercial neighbourhood located between W 41st and W 49th Ave extending between Oak and Ontario St. The neighbourhood features beautiful tree-lined streets with a great shopping centre centrally located. Oakridge is well-serviced by the Canada Line and buses. This is a perfect community for students, families and young professionals.
Oakridge Mall is this neighbourhood’s most notable attraction. The mall features a nice blend of high-end stores catering to affluent families. The surrounding area also boasts a number of small neighbourhood shops, cafes and a liquor store.
Oakridge is centrally located to many public schools of all levels (Elementary and Secondary) as well as it is in close proximity to Langara College. This makes Oakridge a popular place for post-secondary students as well.
Langara Golf Course is located just southeast of Oakridge and offers a great 18 hole course for golfers of all levels. In addition, there are easy and accessible walking trails along the northern border of the golf course and in Tisdall and Columbia Park. There is also a YMCA Community Centre that offers a plethora of recreational activities for people of all ages.

Oakridge is well serviced by the Oakridge Station that services the Canada Line along Cambie. Drivers living in the area have quick and easy to Cambie St, Granville St and Oak St that offer direct routes to Richmond or Downtown Vancouver. W 41st and W 49th are great east-west thoroughfares and are well serviced by buses as well.
