Blueridge, commonly known as Seymour Heights is a residential neighbourhood located on the southwestern base of Mount Seymour. Blueridge is a beautiful and peaceful area surrounded by forest. Home to many longtime residents, its location at the base of Mount Seymour provides direct access to an extensive network of trails. This neighbourhood is perfect for those who love the outdoors and are looking for a great place to raise a family.


Neighbourhood amenities

One of the most appealing things about the family focused neighbourhood, is its location at the base of Mount Seymour–here, an extensive network of trails start right at the end of the street making hiking a year-round activity. During the summer months, Mount Seymour is a popular destination for hikers of all levels seeking breathtaking views of the Lower Mainland. In the winter, however, the mountain is overtaken by skiers, snowboarders and snowshoers.

This neighbourhood is adjacent to Northlands Golf Course for those who enjoy spending the green. Canlan Ice Rink is located just south of the neighbourhood that is a great place for community hockey and skating.





Mt Seymour Parkway is the closest major thoroughfare to Blueridge. This road connects to both Highway 1 and the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge for easy access to Vancouver. For transit users, there are buses that run throughout the neighbourhood and along Mt Seymour Parkway.


Blueridge Real Estate

The majority of the real estate market in Blueridge is comprised of detached homes. In 2016, the average price of a detached home was nearly $1.6 million. Condo and townhome sales in the area are very limited; there were no condos for sale in 2016 and no townhomes for sale between 2012-2013 and 2015-2016.
